POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead critical finance functions including account finalization, audits, FP&A, and financial reporting.
The role will also drive automation initiatives, SAP-based financial operations, and build structured business insights for leadership.
Ideal candidates will bring a mix of technical depth, automation mindset, business acumen, and team leadership experience in agile environments such as PE-backed firms, family offices, or entrepreneurial setups.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting & Account Finalization
Lead finalization of accounts and manage statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory norms.
Oversee preparation of timely financial statements and management reports.
FP&A & Business Insights
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Provide data-driven financial insights aligned with KPIs and strategic goals.
Create structured, management-level presentations in PowerPoint and Word.
Automation & SAP Operations
Manage and optimize finance operations in SAP (mandatory).
Lead digitization efforts and automation of reporting, reconciliation, and workflow.
Drive process improvement initiatives to increase speed and accuracy.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Manage a small finance team (2–4 members), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Partner with business heads to support cost control, planning, and strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent from India.
Experience: 8–15 years post-qualification experience.
Strong expertise in account finalization, audit coordination, SAP, SAP FICO is a must and FP&A.
Proven experience driving automation or technology transformation within finance.
Hands-on exposure to management reporting and presenting business insights.
Team Management: Experience leading small, agile finance teams.
Tools: Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Behavioural Competencies
Strong communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across levels.
