Proven experience in HP Service Manager development and customization. Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and customization tasks. Experience with WSDL for web services integration. Strong understanding of tailoring, ruleset development, and form design within HP Service Manager. Familiarity with API integrations and connecting HP Service Manager with external systems. Ability to develop and configure ConnectIT scenarios for data synchronization and automation. Experience in configuring and optimizing load balancers for high availability and performance. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
