Senior Associate - IT Quality Assurance

Job DescriptionGeneral SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Associate - IT Quality Assurance to assist in the execution of quality inspections and the monitoring & detection of problem areas to ensure compliance with established IT quality standards and propose new measures as appropriate in alignment with the IT strategy.Essential Duties And Responsibilities1- Conducting process reviews: Regularly reviewing and evaluating the existing IT processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.2- Developing and documenting processes: Designing, documenting, and implementing standardized IT processes and procedures that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.3- Process optimization: Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes through technology solutions, such as workflow automation or process management tools.4- Collaboration with stakeholders: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business departments, and management, to understand their requirements and gather feedback for process improvement initiatives.5- Change management: Developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including training and communication plans.6- Continuous improvement: Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of implemented processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.SkillsQualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Proven experience in IT process improvement, business process management, or IT operations management. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or ITIL.
