Digital Learning and Product TrainerThe Digital Learning and Product Trainer is responsible for creating tailored enablement resources for educators, training the field team and Alef clients, and managing the Alef Academy platform. This includes overseeing channels, uploading resources, and creating online courses. They also develop diverse assets to support clients' understanding of Alef products and collaborate with the product teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.Training and Resource Material Design:Develop captivating, engaging, and user-friendly resources for both Alef Products clients and staff. These resources should comprehensively cover information about newly released features and how they can be effectively utilized to support student learning.Provide support for teacher training events, including participation in professional learning communities and conferences.Maintain open communication channels with the field team and the product teams, fostering effective collaboration and information sharing.Train and coach the field team and Alef Clients to ensure effective adoption of Alef products.Create visually appealing resources for community end-users, ensuring quality checks, modifications, and updates in accordance with new features and content updates.Administer the Alef Academy (LMS):Manage interactions within the Alef community for various platform users/clients.Manage and create the Community channels with the right groups and settings.Disseminate timely and relevant messages on the Alef Community to keep users informed about pertinent content and platform updates.Collaborate with content and product teams to maintain consistency and quality.Collect feedback from Alef Academy users to ensure the effectiveness of the materials.Establish trackers to monitor resources and updates available in the communities.Create online learning courses on the Alef Academy following the flow and sequence provided by training specialists.Product Liaison and Expertise:Cultivate strong relationships with the product team to understand new feature releases and provide feedback on proposed features, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Collect feedback from the field and share it with respective content leads for continuous improvement.Perform Other Duties as Needed
