Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Consultant with strong technical expertise in cloud environments, Linux systems, and container platforms.
The successful candidate will work with clients to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise solutions using technologies such as OpenShift, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Kubernetes, and Docker.
This role requires hands-on experience in both on-prem and cloud infrastructures, with the ability to provide expert guidance, solve complex issues, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consulting services to clients on cloud-native architectures and container platforms.
Deploy and configure OpenShift Container Platforms (4.x preferred).
Implement and manage RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments (7.x–9.x).
Design container orchestration strategies using Kubernetes and Docker.
Automate processes using Ansible and Linux shell scripting.
Conduct assessments of client infrastructure and recommend optimization strategies.
Assist in the planning and execution of virtualization and cloud migration projects.
Support identity and access management using Red Hat IPA.
Deliver technical workshops and training for client teams.
Provide input on best practices for security, storage, and networking in Linux environments.
Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Experience in consulting, solution design, or systems integration projects.
Proven ability to document technical solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, Linux systems, or cloud technologies.
Strong experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.
Proficiency in RedHat Enterprise Linux and administration of RHEL 7.x, 8.x, 9.x.
Knowledge of VMware vSphere 8.x and NSX (certifications preferred).
Familiarity with Red Hat Satellite, storage technologies (SAN, NAS, iSCSI, FCoE).
Hands-on experience with identity management and automation tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
