Strong skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
Familiarity with gaming content, football culture, and reaction video styles.
Ability to pace edits for humor, reactions, and audience retention.
Creative approach to turning raw gameplay or commentary into highly shareable content.
Strong communication and reliability in a collaborative remote workflow.
Openness to performance-based pay growth and long-term collaboration.
Junior to senior-level editors are welcome, provided creativity and platform knowledge are demonstrated.
