You will play a key part in driving employee engagement and creating a culture of belonging.Responsibilities:—————————Partner with HR leadership to design and execute engaging programs and initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.Develop creative content and activities to boost employee morale and build connections across departments.Assist in planning and managing internal events, recognition programs, and team-building exercises.Analyze employee engagement data and identify areas for improvement.Implement new strategies and initiatives based on employee feedback and engagement trends.Stay current on industry best practices in employee engagement and utilize them to enhance programs.Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure alignment between engagement initiatives and overall HR strategy.Maintain a pulse on employee sentiment through surveys, focus groups, and informal interactions.Qualifications————————Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement, event planning, or a relevant field.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.Creative and resourceful, with a passion for building a positive employee experience.Experience with employee engagement surveys and data analysis is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
