The Senior Project Financial Management Specialist will be responsible for performing project financial management functions, including support to policy and procedures, defining project financial management arrangements, annual and final financial audit reviews, developing action plans and financial reporting. The role will involve working closely with project teams and stakeholders in member countries to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with Bank's policy and procedure. The Senior Project Financial Management Specialist will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and will be covering French Speaking countries of IsDB.QualificationsFinancial Management and Analytical SkillsExperience in financeial Audits, financial statements, and accountingAbility to analyze and interpret financial Audit ReportsStrong knowledge of financial management principles and practices of MDBsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in financial analysisProficiency in financial management software and toolsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related fieldProfessional certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plusRelevant skills and qualifications in project management and international development would be beneficial for this role.
