Also assisting in all corporate activities ensuring brand representation and funding.What will you do?Major Responsibility: Vendor Marketing Planning & ExecutionSupporting Actions:Prepare quarterly and annual vendor marketing plans as per vendor guidelines and following our company’s goals and objectives, Planning & Implementation of quarterly marketing activities for assigned vendors as per the marketing plans Internal marketing plan submitting on time together with Product Managers Follow all internal marketing processes and procedures when planning and executing activities:to have pre-approved marketing activity form MAF,all execution only after internal approvals and purchase orders. marketing calendar to be followed. checklist & overall planning to be kept in mind, effective planningMajor Responsibility: Marketing ReportingSupporting Actions:Fortnightly status report on progress of marketing activities, monitoring and reporting results of marketing activities (attendance, feedback, cost, ROI) Reports to be sent internally and to vendors after internal approvals Quarterly report of vendor activities executed during last quarter – summary and analysis Quarterly reports to be sent internally and to vendors after internal approvalsMajor Responsibility: MDF Claiming & PayoutsSupporting Actions:Ensuring validated results submitted for timely partner payouts as per activities launched during the quarter following Vendor & Aptec compliance procedures for vendors. Provide complete & approved POE's for claiming per activity per Vendor Claiming marketing funds on time as per internal procedure and vendor guidelines as may be the case Maintain detailed claim book (internal record of all provided MDF per vendor) report with status of claims per vendor – monthlyMajor Responsibility: Other Marketing activitiesSupporting Actions: Digital marketing - to device digital marketing campaign for vendors using social media Assist in execution of corporate marketing activities – example; GITEX exhibition annually (seeking sponsorship, reporting ROI), assist in execute and promote Review magazine and seek sponsorship for the same Other corporate or vendor activities deem necessaryWhich Talent do you bring?3+ years of experience in a marketing position with an international companyProven track record of executing marketing plans for multiple products. Should have ability to prioritize, multitask & meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication & negotiation skills. A fluent command of spoken & written English is a must.
