This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join the Engineering team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will add significant value, identifying ways to further strengthen and, to continuously support in providing outstanding service to our business; ensuring quality and consistency in all that we do.Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Engineering and should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five star hotels, who will have a reputation of being a trusted and a collaborative partner of the business. He/She must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours. Should be able to manage maintenance operations of entire Resort facility, including guest rooms, building structure, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, power plant, sewage treatment plant and energy conservation standards and programs. Ensure the upkeep of guest and service areas to maintain them in proper working order and appearance. Coordinate all renovation, expansion, and special projects.Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
