Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations and sales activities of our Business Centers. This role combines strategic sales generation with efficient operational management to ensure a seamless client experience and sustainable revenue growth.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, managing client relationships, ensuring operational excellence and leading a team to achieve performance targets.Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase occupancy.Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and partnerships.Conduct tours and presentations for potential clients.Negotiate and close lease/rental agreements.Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.Operations ManagementOversee the daily operations of the business center, including facility management and administrative processes.Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality across all shared spaces.Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, IT support).Monitor inventory and order office supplies and equipment as needed.Client RelationsAct as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests and concerns.Foster strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and referrals.Coordinate onboarding for new clients and ensure smooth transitions.Team LeadershipSupervise and support front desk, admin and operations staff.Set clear performance goals and provide coaching and training to the team.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and encourage collaboration.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality Management or related field.5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a serviced office, coworking space or hospitality setting.Proven track record in sales and operations management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Key Competencies:Customer-focused mindsetCommercial acumenProblem-solving abilitiesAttention to detailInitiative and drive
