Your role in brief:
As a Housekeeping Trainer at Maids.cc, you will play a vital role in enhancing and improving our housekeepers' skills and their ability to manage their responsibilities. Your will ensure the successful implementation of our training program, maintaining excellence and efficiency. With your guidance, you'll be providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their continued success in applying their training to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
What you'll do:
Oversee the training of housekeepers from start to finish, including implementing the training and continually improving performance.
Train the housekeepers on duties like bed making, ironing, laundry, cleaning, deep cleaning and other chores.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to housekeeping staff, assisting with any questions or challenges they encounter.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement within the housekeeping department.
Requirements
What you'll bring along:
Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
Experience in housekeeping in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Ability to deliver and evaluate training.
