Job Description

Job SummaryThe successful applicant will be responsible for developing UAE Operators Partnerships and maintaining Operators relationships across. The candidate will have ownership of operators facing product roadmaps as well as participate in the Go-to-Market management of products selected for Ranging by operators with main focus being to ensure Samsung brand leadership and Smartphone business growth in the operator channel. He/she will be responsible to manage both the sell-in and sell-out across the operators in his/her region. The candidate should be able to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.DutiesDevelop partnerships and strengthen operator relationships.Ownership of listing all Samsung product portfolio within the operator roadmapDevelop Go-to-Market jointly with operators on new products Oversee all ATL, Online, BTL and retail executions based on Go-to-MarketOperator channel pipeline management (Sell-in, Sell-thru & Sell-out)Managing operator unique sell-out programs (develop, execute, monitor, evaluate, modify)Manage operator PSI and SCMMonitor and analyze regional, operator industry, competitor trendsInternal reporting on regular intervals to promote the visibility on operator businessRequirementsAt least +8 years of extensive experience in Telecom businessPost Graduate degree in business management is an advantageAbility to perform and work under different conditions and a team playerExisting relationship with operators in UAEUnderstand Telecom dynamics and drive quick solutionsGood networking with the local industryExtensive sales thinking and pro-activeStrong accounts management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projectsSelf-starter being able to work under minimum supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a mustArabic speaker is preferredAbility to read, analyze, and interpret sales/financial reports, data and studies.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors, or business stakeholders.Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or clients.
