M&A Manager

Job PurposeExperts at this level are responsible for providing technical expertise pertaining to treasury management, investment and merger & acquisition in order to ensure business continuity. Also, they are responsible for advising on operational work processes and mandates to minimise technical and operational risks.InvestmentJob Responsibility:Gauge returns against historical figures and makes relevant suggestions to optimize the same.Advise on Post-Merger Implementation (PMI) related to newly acquired local or international subsidiaries.Advise the preparation of 5-year operational performance forecast (e.g. market share, ARPU, etc.) for subsidiaries.Advise on Financial Consolidation in subsidiaries 5-year financial performance forecast (e.g. EBIDTA, net income, etc.).Provide guidelines pertaining to local/international subsidiaries (ICT, Non-ICT) in consultation with management and identifies and establishes performance evaluation parameters for all STC’s local subsidiaries, in order to maximize profits and return to shareholders.Support stakeholders in the implementation of synergy initiatives by facilitating discussion/cooperation of all relevant stakeholders.Identify lessons learnt from implemented initiatives, and propose corrective measures when needed.Ensure knowledge transfer across Group (lessons learnt, trends, best practices, etc.) related to technology synergy realization.Manage the development of information platforms for on-line collaboration.Merger & AcquisitionAnalyze performance for purposes of providing consultation and expert advice on various investments.Advise on investment and business development strategies, analyzing potential investment targets, conducting transaction activities.Advise on developing and maintaining detailed business cases for business opportunities.Advise on conducting acquisition activities such as commercial and financial due diligence, business case calculations, negotiations and transaction execution for investment business opportunitiesSupport in structuring deals and secure funding.Coordinate with corporate finance and treasury department for funds requirements related to M&A deal in order to ensure timely availability of funds.Support in execution of transactions, closing of deal and manage selling process for Core business opportunities.Years Of Experience6 - 8 yearsNature Of ExperienceExperience in financial planning, investment/portfolio and merger & acquisition at technology/telecommunication industry.EducationMasters Degree in FinanceBachelor Degree in FinanceEnglish Language LevelFluent
