Job DescriptionDevelop, execute, and administer complex contract agreements and communicate with suppliers to ensure proper delivery of required services and meet business needs.Communicate with the various departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure the development of a procurement plan accordingly to answer desired needs and requirements.Update and review the procurement plan based on the rising priorities and business needs of concerned function heads in coordination with concerned stakeholders.Review bid solicitation packages or determine contract agreements awarded after bids have been solicited while serving as a primary agent in expediting contract agreements through the corporate review proceedings.Develop and enhance suppliers’ lists, suppliers’ prequalification, and development of forms and requests for proposals.Prepare bid invitation letters to suppliers, conduct job explanation meetings, and receive and handle the bids.Review bid tabulations for accuracy, supplier recommendation, completeness, and selection of suppliers and ensure all commitments made are accurately presented and have proper approval and signing authorities, as contained in the Procurement Procedures.Ensure compliance of all procurement activities with the set Qiddiya procurement policies and procedures.Develop and enhance frequent, periodic, accurate, and high-quality reports and ensure complete documentation of procurement activities.Draft complex contracts and agreements in consultation with the Procurement Senior Manager and coordination with the user and Legal Division.Evaluate and analyze vendor proposals and prepare commercial evaluation reports.SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field.Holding one of the following certifications or equivalent is an advantage: Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Diploma (CIPS). Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).2-4 Preferred Total Years Of Relevant Experience.EducationSupply Chain or related field.
