Job DescriptionNOTE: Please ONLY apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below.Job Summary.Responsible for incoming Inspection and quality control of electrical equipment related to oilfield engineering.Understanding project requirements in accordance with applicable specifications and codes agreed in contract. Awareness and experience in jobs related to electrical specification API-14FZ, API RP 505, IEC, IEEE & NEC standards.Coordinate and witness Factory Acceptance Test along with client and responsible engineers and maintain records.Knowledge of materials and methods used in electrical wiring and equipment installations.Monitor the performance of all control activities and tests on electrical systems and capital equipments on land rigsLiaising with the Senior Electrical Engineer and other Engineers and Managers to provide support and guidance as required.Participate in development of the Commissioning plan, roles and responsibilities. Implement commissioning planMonitor the Pre-Commissioning and commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation related to land rig drill floor equipmentsCarryout assigned jobs as per QMS requirements, maintain and update project QC Plan. Support all the activities for the effective implementation of Quality management system. Random visit on fabrication facilities to verify NOV jobs are carried out as per standard requirements, approved procedures and drawings. Attending customer complaints and initiating Corrective and Preventive action accordingly. Monitor non-conformances and its closing status. Participate in internal audits for various departments as per “Internal Audit Plan.” Support the procurement team for vendor evaluation and ensure that supplier evaluation criteria are met. Ensure all required documentation are completed and reviewed for the projects completed. ResponsibilitiesProduct inspection.NCR tracking and closeout. Internal AuditDocumentation review. Including but not limited to implementing QMS, inspection, auditing, training, and presentation skill. EssentialEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Graduate In Electrical Engineering 3 years minimum Awareness and experience in jobs related to electrical specification API-14FZ, API RP 505, IEC, IEEE & NEC standards.
