Role ResponsibilitiesThe candidate should know how to assemble PCB, soldering, testing components, devices and systems, Power supplies, measuring instruments, etc. Supervise assembly and packaging activities Plan out activities as per cycle time of each activity Focus on zero rejection Supervise machine planning (Ultrasonic machine, pad printing machine, riveting machine) Operations, performance and other required reports and its documentation Supervise the team efficiently. Assist Development of all necessary tools for ease in assembling (ex. Jigs, fixtures etc.) The candidates must have good written and oral communication skills, be fast learners, and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment. Proficient in soldering and replacing Through hole and SMD component packages like 0402, SOT23, SOIC, TSSOP, QFN, etc using a soldering station. Able to prepare wiring harness as per instructions provided. Able to maintain hardware lab equipment and components used in bring-up testing.
