Job Description
- Effectively selects, develops, motivates, and utilizes human resources in accordance with corporate and governmental policies and procedures.
- Motivates, trains, and develops his team to effectively perform their jobs.
- Understanding and implementation of quality management system.
- Optimizes all resources by utilizing statistical methods and data to produce best-in-class quality products (includes Voice of Customer and Process) and shop to shop performance discussions.
- Executes the business plan for the production and maintenance activities associated with specific area of responsibility.
- Manages production schedules and product requirements by utilizing competitive manufacturing processes with emphasis on variation, quality defects reduction.
- Manages improve throughput and manpower utilization efficiency (Hours Per Vehicle “HPU” ).
- Manage operations cost center to ensure operating cost within target (Cost per Vehicle “CPV” ).
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Engineering (Automotive - Mechanical - Mechatronics - Production)
- +3 years of experience "preferred with automotive background".
- Very good Computer Skills in MS Office.
- Strong communication Skills & problem-solving abilities.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Strong Leadership Skills, People Management, and Conflict Management.
