Job Description.
- Responsible for working independently performing a wide range of complex technical and administrative duties in support of the business unit concerned.
- Direct contributor to achieving the monthly and annual sales target by supporting sales force in automation projects scoping and defining technical aspects that fulfil customers' requirements.
- Prepare technical outdoor sales presentations and demonstrate them to sales engineers showing how a product will meet client needs.
- Develop strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of professional, courteous, and ethical interpersonal interaction.
- Cooperate with sales force in product planning to align with the long-term organization’s market positioning and objectives.
- Manage product issues and risks, which could lead to potential problems.
- Technical support to sales force in site surveys and customer visits.
- Tailoring Electrical and Automation solutions, based on customer functional requirements for tendering and sales offering purposes.
- Carry over various technical activities in small scale Automation projects from procurement, panel design and assembly, PLC/SCADA coding based on user requirements, handling FAT and SAT.
- Drives commissioning and basic configuration.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.
- Basic hands-on experience in PLC and SCADA configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
- Basic hands-on experience in panel design and assembly.
- Basic hands-on experience in network architecture design, establishing communication and troubleshooting of communication failures for multiple protocols as Modbus, Profibus and Profinet.
- Customer facing experience in automation systems and validation.
- Customer-facing sales experience is a very welcomed benefit.
- Very good English skills
- Very good interpersonal and communications skills
