Experience & SkillsAt least 10-12 years of professional work experience with 8 – 10 years of experience in chemicals marketing, trading and/or sales management, customer relationship management and managing/directing commercial operations. Preferably with a mid to large size organization in the energy industry.Experience in origination of new clients and/or markets.Experience in commercial risk and risk management.Knowledge of product value chain and areas in commercial agreements where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected.Excellent negotiation skills. Strong ability to conclude deals with clients and finalize sales agreements. EducationBachelor’s degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales).
