CIVIL ENGINEER - FAÇADE

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE::As a Civil Engineer - Facade Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of facade projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative facade solutions that meet our clients' aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and project management skills.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign and engineer high-performance facade systems, considering structural integrity, thermal performance, material specification, and sustainability.Use software tools for structural analysis, thermal modeling, and facade design.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to integrate facade solutions into overall building design.Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.Conduct site inspections and facade condition assessments.Provide technical guidance during the construction phase to ensure compliance with design specifications.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in facade engineering and sustainability.KEY SKILLS:Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in facade design and engineering.Proficiency in facade engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, ANSYS).Strong understanding of building physics, materials science, and structural mechanics.Experience with sustainable building practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Vertical: Engineering
