Job Description

OverviewManage the Operation team and ensure that the facility is up to standard. Identify existing and potential risks to ensure a proper and safe environment. Preserving the good condition of the facility.Key Accountabilities and Activities:Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day facility operations of the club and ensures the club has a relevant checklist and standard system with a high level of cleanliness, maintenance, and security.Manage the third-party relationships for cleaning, maintenance, laundry, security, and other services.Ensure the resort and all equipment are always well maintained, clean, safe, and compliant with standards.Support the General Manager in identifying opportunities within the P&L.Track consumable usage and ensure that key consumables are reordered promptly.Manage and control CORE's operational supplies that are “stock managed”.Support all colleagues and members to ensure that the Facilities have all relevant materials for an exceptional member experience.Ensure resort compliance with health and safety legislation, including hazardous substances, fire safety, and first aid certification.Monitoring and minimizing the club cost which includes electricity and other club supplies, along with maximizing the club income.Report regularly to the General Manager with any operation accidents.Support and assist in coordinating all necessary actions, events, meetings, and procedures involving spa employees and members.Deal with member issues and complaints in a professional manner.Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments.Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.Handle insurance plans and service contracts.Supervise the operation team along with the external contractors.Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.Oversee the member parking lot and access to the parking ramp.Experiences & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a similar field.Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Facility Manager, or similar position.7+ years in a similar field.Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
