As part of this role, you will lead dynamic and cross-functional teams of cybersecurity experts in the planning, overseeing, and monitoring of critical projects – from initiation to completion- aimed at fortifying our clients’ defenses against cyber-attacks and evolving threats, and enhancing their security posture and resilience. The role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and informationPerforms moderately complex project administration tasks to support projects generally within standard procedures, but on occasion may need to deviate slightly from accepted practiceUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures & assist in schedule managementCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, within established guidelines for the purpose of ensuring accurate project planning, tracking and billing. Create relative reporting.Coordinates project meetings, by scheduling the appropriate time, booking conference rooms, coordinating travel arrangements for project site visits, and setting-up conference callsAttends project meetings, and takes notes on issues, risks, and actions; prepares and distributes notes to stakeholders, ensuring agreement from all parties; follows up on actions agreed upon and obtains updates on progressMay make recommendations that require occasional deviation from accepted practiceBreak projects into doable actions and set timeframes along with Project ManagerLiaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectivesAssist in preparing budgetsAnalyze risks and opportunitiesMonitor project progress and handle any issues that arise & work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockersIssue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)Key RequirementsExcellent communication skillsExperience coordinating technology or cyber security projects, and supporting project teams Highly organized with effective time management, prioritization and planning skillsProven stakeholder management skills and the ability to easily build rapport with a strong customer service focusStrong administrative skills and attention to detail regarding documentation and communicationsUnderstanding of project planning and scheduling, including ability to develop project plans Experience in a client facing environmentExperience working with Vendors & Third PartiesAbility to prioritize and execute in a methodological and disciplined manner Experience with project fundamentals and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)Ability to control and monitor project risks and issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly driven and motivated to succeedAdaptable and flexibleCENSUS ProvidesA collaborative work environment: you will be working among exceptional engineers, highly experienced in the field of Cybersecurity, that value teamwork and knowledge sharing.An efficient work environment: you will be provided with access to the necessary technology, training, and resources in order to achieve your goals.
