For more information, please visit www.lyondellbasell.com or follow @ LyondellBasell on LinkedIn. ellBasic FunctionThe purpose of the job is to design, improve and implement strategic changes in Business Processes to meet current and future requirements that would support long-term business directions of AFMEI & company.The scope of this role includes the management and oversight of business process of Supply Chain & Commercial as well as Master Data management for AfMEI region for both O&P and APS business units.The role requires a thorough understanding of business processes, in particular order to cash process. It is responsible for designing and implementing regional improvements projects across the region. Despite being a regional role, due to global business process setup within supply chain, it requires effective coordination with global business process across the region to align on AfMEI Projects.In this position, the Manager works with cross functional (Supply Chain, ITS, Commercial, Global Business Process ...etc.) stakeholders and peers to deliver efficient and effective Supply Chain & Commercial processes that are customer focused, ensuring LYB compliance and value-oriented solutions.This position drives Supply Chain & Commercial Excellence and a continuous improvement culture, with a mindset to support organizational and process standardization while considering opportunities to innovate and bring the organization to a higher level of performance.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement process improvements relates to the following areas : Order Fulfillment Order-to-Cash Interface with 3rd Party Service Providers, Banks, logistics ,etc. Planning and forecasting process Inventory Management Business models like hubs , SOW, etc.Work with Sales & Business Management of AFMEI region for design and implementation of sustainable solutions in key business areas of demand , supply and customer management.Work with ME JV Team along with LYB AFMEI team to design, develop and implement supply chain business models and automated Processes to support LYB’s business requirements and long term strategy of AFMEI regions.Lead and mentor Master data specialists to ensure high quality Customer and Material Master Data and the related governance.Assist in evaluating and resolving business process challenges within ERP and related system/ tools at the Management levelLead and mentor direct reports to improve the business process and solve the operational issues.Work in close collaboration with Global Business Process team representing AFMEI region on global projects. Develop, design and implement changes required to portals ( CX – Marketplace ...etc. ) in coordination with Sales, Marketing , and SC along with global business process. Develop , maintain and update required interval reports relative to business process In charge of overseeing SAP security jobs for the region’s supply chain and commercial team, ensuring correct responsibility segregation. Follow the company different policies relatives to area of responsibilities. Manage any SAP update rollout across AfMEI to ensure the achievement of the targeted business outcome, on-time and on-budget with effective change management.Min. QualificationsEducation: University degree in logistics, business or technical area.IT capabilities ( SAP, BW, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, E-mail). Work ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in different areas of Supply Chain & order to cash activities . Managerial / Supervisor experience with ability to lead team and develop a professional workforce.
