Come join us: As a CRM Project Manager , you are responsible for leading people, project, and program management across an entire CRM system lifecycle. From requirements gathering through implementation, you will work closely with both internal Avanade employees and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. You will also be responsible for the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, processes, and tools supporting enhancements in productivity, efficiency, issue resolution, and cost.Together we do what matters. What you’ll do: Manage collaboration with clients and project teams to develop PMO related tools such as project plans, implementation plans, transition plans, etc. Establish and support knowledge management repositories Support business development activities or thought leadership in support of Talent Community objectives and priorities Monitor, reports, and responds to issues and risks associated with the project Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks associated with the project Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes Manage Avanade and subcontractor staff assigned to the project Lead change management and change enablement processes throughout project duration Assist in the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Avanade's standard tools. Engage and partner with appropriate onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces, including Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs) Skills and experiences : You are likely an experienced project manager with deep CRM roots, someone who can engage with clients and translate their needs into project blueprints, schedules and deliverables.
