About Role:We are hiring a dynamic and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. We are looking a highly organized and proactive individual who can Receives telephone calls and records messages, relaying them as necessary. Prepares and distributes departmental communication, such as letters, memos, and faxes.Responsibilities:Here are the main things they will be responsible:Coordinates and follows up with other departments to gather information. Prepares reports and documentation, often of a technical nature, as requested by the manager. Creates presentations for both internal and external audiences. Organizes meeting agendas and takes minutes during meetings. Office Management. Schedules meetings and reminds the manager/department staff of upcoming appointments. Coordinates conferences, events, and activities.Maintains and organizes departmental files. Requests and receives office equipment and stationery. Greets and assists department visitors. Enters employee leave requests, ensuring proper approvals are obtained and employees resume duty on time. Monitors staff attendance and notifies the manager of any late arrivals or early departures.Requirements:Here are the qualifications and skills required:Completed diploma or degree in BBA/BA/BSc. At least 2 years of relevant exp. is preferred. Good performance and high-quality work. Able to talk and work well with people at all levels. Reliable and flexible. Great at organizing things and managing time accordingly. Accurate and efficient in work. Good at writing and editing. Can handle a busy workload with different tasks and time deadlines. Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and experience with spreadsheets and databases.
