OT Cybersecurity Auditor / Pentester / Specialist

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity specialist to join our red team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting hands-on cybersecurity audits and assessments specific to OT systems and networks. With expertise in the interface between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), you will lead efforts to ensure the security of critical infrastructures, industrial control systems, and other OT assets according to the best practices and top security guidelines (NIST, ISO). In addition, you will be expected to develop and deliver mentoring programs to ensure the cybersecurity knowledge of our team is up-to-date. Experience with Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions and reverse engineering is a plus.Key Responsibilities Perform cybersecurity audits, assessments, and penetration testing on OT systems, networks, and infrastructure Identify and document vulnerabilities, threats, and risks, and recommend remediation strategies Participate in OT incident response activities when required Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, tools, and regulations in OT cybersecurity Strategic Level Develop and continuously refine strategies for penetration testing and security assessments in OT environments, tailored to meet diverse client needs. Lead the creation and updating of Red Team methodologies to simulate advanced OT cyber-attack scenarios. Facilitate client discussions to identify their security requirements and customize services accordingly. Offer strategic insights and actionable recommendations to enhance clients’ cybersecurity posture. Operational Level Perform and oversee complex penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security audits in various OT environments. Document and communicate findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. Engage in post-assessment consultations to assist in implementing effective security measures. Remain current with emerging trends and technologies in OT cybersecurity to provide cutting-edge solutions. Mentoring and Training Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Develop and conduct training programs for the Red Team, focusing on advanced OT security techniques and tools. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the team to ensure a high level of expertise in the latest cybersecurity practices. Research and Development Engage in continuous research to stay ahead of new vulnerabilities and attack vectors in OT systems.
