Job Description

Job Summary:Seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to manage HR functions and processes in a warehouse environment. Ensure compliance, handle employee relations, maintain records, and support training and development initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations. Responsibilities: Maintain HR documentation: Employee files, contracts, and records.Conduct recruitment and hiring processes for blue-collar positions in the warehouse.Manage HR processes: Onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and leave management.Administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance operations.Extract fingerprint data to process the attendance sheet.Ensure compliance: Labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Address employee inquiries and concerns, provide guidance.Generate HR reports for data-driven decision-making.Utilize HRIS and tools for efficient HR operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).HR operations experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.Males OnlyFamiliarity with HRIS and software applications.Experience processing medical insurance operations.Proficiency in extracting and managing fingerprint data for attendance purposes.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
