Job Description
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and update procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving procurement practices and develop recommendations for policy changes or new initiatives.Collaborate with other entities and stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement policies and practices.Lead the development and production of reports, studies, and other materials related to procurement policies and practices.Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on matters related to procurement policies and practices.Develop and manage the unit's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the achievement of objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Economics.Minimum of 7 years of experience in relative fieldStrong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to develop policy recommendations based on data and evidence.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
