Let's get in touch ????What You’ll Be DoingBeing a trusted strategic advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HRProactively identifying people issues , and trends within the business and working together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutionsOptimizing day-to-day HR operations with Central HR teams, with customer centricity in mind and automationsLeading the performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures within your accountsContributing to the development of world-class HR policies and proceduresWhat You'll NeedDemonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and procedures Logical and analytical thinking and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityA data and process-driven approach towards HRA results-driven and numbers-oriented working styleExtensive knowledge of local labour lawsFluency in EnglishNice to haveExperience in a large institution that understands regional operating models (local vs Group-wide requirements and ways of working)Knowledge of testing and assessing internal controls, identifying compliance/risk where requiredExceptional storytelling skills with the ability to influence through your communicationBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
