A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.Job Objective: Act as an owner for all performance management activities with the assigned government entities, drive proper and timely performance reporting, and improve their entities strategic plans capabilities and readiness.Key Accountabilities:Develop relationship and communication plans with key decision makers and influencers in the assigned entitiesTo facilitate interactions for all required performance measurement activities with the assigned government entitiesProvide support in selecting, reviewing and developing KPIs using own expertise to ensure alignment with the National Development Plan and best practicesRegularly facilitate reporting of initiative progress and monitor the status of initiatives risks and challengesSupport the development of national and sectorial roadmaps for the government entitiesSupport Measurement Services in government entities by conducting performance reviews and analyzing performance notes to generate insights around the strategic performance and initiatives progress.Validate the progress of KPIs and initiatives to ensure consistency & quality.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.Implement all relevant policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to the allocated responsibilities, targets, policies and standards.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in any fieldPreferably masters/ MBA in operations/ general managementPrevious experience in Strategy management, performance measurement, and project management4+ years of experience in relevant field
