ICM Group is HiringEuropean nationalities are welcome to apply!!OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance & Finance Analyst to join our team in Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME), for the global downstream portfolio.Your primary role as a Performance & Finance Analyst, is analyzing and evaluating the financial and operational performance of the company's downstream assets, including refineries and petrochemical plants. Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall operational and financial performance of downstream assets and supporting them in reaching their full potential. This position requires a deep understanding of the downstream oil & gas industry, performance management and benchmarking, and strong analytical skills in operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesYou are expected to be able to perform the following:Ø Design standardized methodologies to collect, maintain, analyze, and present assets’ operational and financial performance dataØ Design key performance indicators (KPIs) to track assets operational and financial performanceØ Analyze and evaluate the financial and operational performance of company's downstream assets (e.g., turnarounds performance, maintenance costs)Ø Benchmark assets’ performance against industry leaders,, utilizing standard Oil & Gas performance benchmarks (e.g., Solomon benchmarks preferred) and internal performance dataØ Create and maintain models for the reporting of financial and operational results and conduct regular full potential assessments and gap studies of the company's downstream assets utilizing benchmarking data, and estimate gained financial value from improvementØ Prepare and present portfolio performance reports and presentations, highlighting key findings and recommendations for GME leadership reviewØ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify portfolio optimization opportunities and develop strategies/initiatives to address themØ Participate in the development of assets performance dashboards and reporting toolsØ Stay abreast of global and regional O&G industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact assets performanceMinimum RequirementsAs the successful candidate you will hold Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance or a related field. An MBA is preferred.You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, data analysis or a related role within the downstream oil & gas industryØ You have solid experience in analyzing and interpreting complex operational and financial data from large Oil & Gas downstream assetsØ You have solid experience with Oil & Gas benchmarking and performance management frameworks, such as Solomon or RAMØ You will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for financial and operational decision-makingØ You have experience working with data analysis tools and performance metrics, as well as presentation and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)Ø You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technicalØ You will be able to demonstrate strong understanding of downstream oil & gas operations, including refining and petrochemicalsØ Certifications such as Cost Professional (CCP), or similar are preferred.Ø You will be able to demonstrate understanding that operations are crucial for providing meaningful cost optimization and better cost structure and allocation.Ø You have experience in strategic cost management, involving the ability to strategically evaluate and manage costs to align with company long term goals.
