OverviewLooking for a meticulous, organized, and resourceful Senior Facilities Specialist, to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's facilities—supporting HR in overseeing facility management, space planning, and project coordination across the Core42 offices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workspace utilization, enhance employee experience, and align all facilities with the company's larger strategic goals. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.Functional Responsibilities Develop and implement facilities management strategies aligned with company objectives. Coordinate space planning and optimization to accommodate business growth and evolving needs. Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations for facility-related services. Collaborate with HR to create and maintain policies and procedures related to facility use and access. Analyze facility data and metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a technology-driven organization 3+ years of experience managing projects and vendor relationships Proficiency in facility management software and tools Ideally, You’ll Also Need Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Passion for innovation and continuous improvement Excellent communication skills Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture What We Look ForIf you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
