Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 118 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionDue to the continued success and expansion of the Hi-Tech business in the KSA, we are interested in speaking with Project Directors (Project Management) with a proven background in Hi-Tech and Manufacturing construction projects and programmes of work. Your track record will have seen you manage large scale, complex projects, in one or more of the following :- Data Centre; Pharma/Life Sciences; Industrial; Manufacturing; Logistics or similarly complex asset class. The Project Director will act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that our client objectives are not only met, but exceeded wherever possible and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate high level of quality, sustainability and safety standards.We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is seeking creativity and autonomy, who is driven to be the best, to be rewarded for their contribution and based on performance have their career flourish within a global business that is on an upward trajectory.ExperienceKey functions of the role will involve leading the PMC team with the procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors, design development, local authority permitting and approvals, contract administration, construction management, scheduling & Programme management, and budgeting.You will have both a strong pre contract and post contract full life cycle delivery background. You will show excellent management and interpersonal skills, have an engaging personality and possess a very strong core technical skillset with an understanding of construction, an appreciation of commercial and have contractual awareness.ResponsibilitiesYour proven success in delivering real estate, data centre, MEP intense, large complex/technical projects or hi - tech projects will allow you to execute the following key responsibilities as Project Director:Site Acquisition experience, you will be responsible in identifying and selecting new sites in line with the client's strategy. Drive scope, schedule, and budget decisions to conclusion including managing internal and external resources, project teams, contractors and vendors. You will be responsible for leading and managing Consultant/Contractor procurement.Leading and managing tender for Main ContractorEstablish project budgets, analyze design impacts on build costs and submit approval packages to the client. QualificationsAssociate Director or Project Director level candidates with prior experience working for PMCs or Developer/client-side roles will be ideal.Prior experience with delivering Data Centre project experience in similar capacity or role preferred.Hi-tech, Hospitals, MEP intense, large complex and technical project experience can also be considered.Degree in architecture, civil engineering, M&E Engineering, construction management or an equivalent technical / engineering qualification. Site selection, feasibility or development management experience will be beneficial but not essential.Minimum 15 years Project Management experienceAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
