This strategic partnership between the public and private sectors stimulates an exceptional exchange of global experiences and supports the UAE national agenda to create a sustainable, knowledge-based, and competitive economy.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Principal to bring innovative strategies to the Implementation of the US curriculumIn partnership with the Principal, provide professional leadership and management of teaching and learning throughout the schoolWork with the Principal to ensure the school and the people and resources within it are well organized and managed to provide an efficient, effective and safe learning environment.Ensure that students enjoy and benefit from a high-quality education, promoting collective responsibility within the whole school communityDevelop a school ethos which enables everyone to work collaboratively, share knowledge and understanding, celebrate success and accept responsibility for outcomesEnsure that strategic planning takes account of the diversity, values and experience of the school and the UAE community at largeMonitor, evaluate and review the effects of policies, priorities and targets of the school in practice and take action if necessaryWork with the Principal to improve the quality of teaching and learning and students achievement, setting high expectations and monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of learning outcomesRequirementsRelevant BA Degree in Education & PGCEAt least 8 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a management positionExperience of leading school initiatives that have led to improvement in standards and achievementsExperience with the American curriculum is preferredMiddle East GCC experience is a must Our remuneration packages are competitive locally and internationally with an excellent salary and comprehensive benefits.
