The ideal candidate must be a Saudi national with more than 10 years of experience in leading a training business with a P/L focus. The candidate must showcase experience in creating sustainable business growth through successful partnerships with vendors and clients as well as successful training execution and provide strategic leadership and management of the academy’s business resources to support the Academy in its primary function of learning and development.Job Duties & Responsibilities: Set up and implement Tharwah Academys strategy and operating plans. Builds and expands Tharwah Academy by hiring key talents that enhance/achieve its strategic objectives. Ensures robust business operation and smooth delivery as per Tharwah Academy standards. Ensures Tharwah Academy’s customers’ satisfaction. Leads Tharwah Academy market expansion and sales growth. Makes key decisions that will affect Tharwah Academy’s direction in KSA in alignment and coordination with Tharwah leadership. Builds and maintains a positive and productive culture in Tharwah Academy. Monitors all areas of performance within the Academy and implements associated actions and contributes to the overall staff development plan. Has overall responsibility for the recruitment of Academy staff in consultation with the relevant department heads. Ensures all policies and procedures are in place across all areas of the Academy.
