We are currently looking to hire an experienced Recruiter at Mefitpro.Job Description:Source potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, industry connections to attract qualified candidatesHead Hunting and Market Mapping.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process, onboarding.Maintaining and uploading database on ATS.Business development.Job Requirement:1 - 3 years experience in the talent acquisition/recruitment stream.Strong sourcing and screening skills using LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms.ATS experience is an added advantage.Excellent English communication skills.Good MS-Office skills (PPT and Excel)Should be in the UAE and available to join immediately.Bachelor Degree.
