Software Solutions Executive

Job Purpose Acquire new customers and sell Company products and/or services.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResearch organizations online, obtain keyperson contact details, to identify new leads and potential new marketsAssist in maintaining the “Customer Relationship Management” (CRM) implemented by the Company, in addition to keeping an updated pipelineContact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetingsPursue lost clients, conduct competitive intelligence and provide feedback from the marketSupport the implementation of the marketing initiativesAttend conferences, meetings and industry eventsPrepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displaysContact clients to inform them about new developments in the Company products and servicesComply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and visionPerform other job-related duties as assigned by direct managerTechnical Competencies/Skills Very good command of English and ArabicGood reporting and Presentation SkillsJob RequirementsEducation BA in Business Administration or any related field.Experience 1 to 2 years in Sales/Customer Service is required
