Sales Supervisor

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Sales Supervisor role located in Dubai. The position requires leading and managing the sales team daily. This role will also work on bolstering customer satisfaction and overseeing the training and development program for the sales team.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to help create strategies that generate sales growthExcellent team management skills to motivate and lead the sales team.Ability to provide excellent customer service to solve customer problems rapidly and efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to network professionally and communicate effectively with team members as well as clients.Able to manage sales training programs, so a range of training skills would be ideal.Fluent in English, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing or related field.Previous supervisory/sales management experience preferred.An understanding of the Middle Eastern job market is also beneficial.
