Female Tourism Consultants Wanted
Are you passionate about traveling and helping others plan their dream trips? Do you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the tourism industry and speak fluent English? If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are a tourism company located in UAE, and we are looking for 3 female tourism consultants to join our team. You will be responsible for:
Providing information and advice about travel destinations and accommodations
Booking flight and other transportation arrangements as well as lodging and tours
Communicating with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deals
Marketing and selling holiday and other specialized tour packages
Handling unforeseen problems and complaints and determining eligibility for money returns
Attending conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
Creating and updating electronic records of clients
Reaching the revenue and profit targets
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Preferably graduated from language or international institutions
- Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises
