Location: Riyadh, KSA.Years of experience: 7-15+ years.Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with experience managing projects in the Business Industry to lead diverse projects that drive organizational success.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.Execute projects with precision, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Oversee project teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve project goals.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.Address concerns and proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track.Implement effective risk management practices to minimize project disruptions.Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Allocate resources efficiently and ensure team members have the necessary support to excel in their roles.Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality project outcomes.Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project milestones meet established standards.Financial Management:Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial goals are met.Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.7-15 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in the Business industry.Proven success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in project management tools and software.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.Powered by JazzHRp8JFhNSjhg
