Design Architect

One of our clients, a leading Architecture firm based in Dubai working on high-rise residential and hospitality projects across the UAE, is looking to hire a Design Architect with experience in the full project lifecycle from concept to the DD stage. This role will mainly focus on design creation and concept ideas.Key Responsibilities:Create sketch designs, including perspectives and material selections Assist the Senior Design Lead in coordinating, planning, managing, and finalizing documentation from concept to DD stage Review and summarize all statutory requirements for local authority submissions Prepare the necessary documentation, including concept and detailed design, authority submission, tender, and construction Lead coordination of internal design and client reviews Coordinate with the clients, sub-consultants, project teams, and contractors Ensure that QHSE policy, objectives, and procedures are met Keep up with the newest architecture design, trends, and technology RequirementsBachelors degree in Architecture A minimum of 8 to 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 to 8 years in the UAE Proficiency with Autodesk Revit is essential Knowledge of sustainable design principles, the production process, and with strong architectural design skills A strong and eye-catching portfolio with high-rise projects is essential BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits
