Manager, Commercial Sales (Middle East & Turkey)

As a Manager, Commercial Sales, you will provide strategy, mentorship, and guidance for a team of Commercial Account Executives. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You’ll Do:Motivate your team to exceed objectivesDevelop and maintain accurate team forecastsHire, oversee, and train a team of Account ExecutivesDrive lead generation, high activity standards, and pipeline managementFacilitate the ramp up for all new team members, coaching them to successMonitor the sales funnel from prospect to close and create metrics to improve performanceManage a distributed Sales Team of Account Executives based in Amsterdam, Dublin & DubaiBe able and available to frequent travel to our sales hubs and to the region to meet the team, prospects, existing clients & partnersWho You Are:Experienced in hi-tech direct salesFamiliar with SaaS/Cloud and Salesforce Able to accurately forecast team performance Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and team managementMotivated by helping people grow with a desire to continue learningA self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, rapidly changing marketplaceProven in overseeing an outbound sales team in all areas of the sales cycleSales experience in the Middle East region, with key focus on the markets of KSA, UAE, Qatar & TurkeyProficient level of English, Arabic and/or Turkish language preferred but not requiredDatadog values people from all walks of life.
