Compliance Senior Officer

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Senior Officer with a strong background in compliance and risk management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.​Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance programs- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory agencies- Provide training and guidance to employees regarding compliance issues- Conduct internal investigations into compliance violations- Stay up-to-date on changes to relevant laws and regulations- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditorsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field- +2 Years of experience in Compliance.- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.- Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) is required, or relevant certification.- Strong knowledge of compliance laws and regulations- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
