The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordinating, manging, execution, and tracking of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. You will work closely with project managers, team members, clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.Key Responsibilities:Project Support: Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Communication: Serve as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and progress reports. Tracking Progress: Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that necessary resources are available. Resource Management: Help allocate resources effectively and ensure project team members have the necessary tools to succeed. Reporting: Prepare regular status reports for project managers and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and next steps. Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies and industry standards. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Agile or Waterfall 5 – 8 years of experience in project management or related field Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
