Term: 12 months Experience requirement: 10 - 12 Years Job location: Abu Dhabi, UAEProject scope: Commercial Cards Product SupportSearch closure date: 15 April 2024Role:Oversee and support the launch of the SME and corporate cards;Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and technology to deliver integrated card solutions to commercial customers;Develop and manage the budget for the commercial card division, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness;Oversee the commercial card operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a high level of customer service;Implement risk management strategies to minimize fraud and ensure the security of card transactions.Prepare and present reports on the performance of the commercial card products, including revenue, profitability, and market engagement.Leverage Mastercard assets and resources, when applicable, to deliver the support on the above-mentioned responsibilitiesKnowledge & Experience:10 to 12 years of relevant experience;GCC experience preferredStrong understanding of commercial banking products across SME and large corporates;Proven project management skills;Strong team player, results driven and high level of energy and initiative;People management skills; andExcellent written and verbal communication in English
