This position is accountable for driving sustainable sales and profitability, maintaining target stock levels, and ensuring the delivery of key brand messages. The incumbent ensures that Partner operations adhere to established policies and procedures and that corporate brand presentation and pricing are consistent with wholesale standards. Delivering KPIs:Achieve financial targets and performance metrics for the Partner P&L in the GCC.Develop and oversee the implementation of short-, mid-, and long-term strategies for the Partner business, including budgeting and planning processes.Formulate strategies to grow sales sustainably and maximize profits, including setting and monitoring D2D, W2W, & M2M targets, and taking proactive actions as necessary.Ensure uniformity in brand messaging across all Partner stores and employees in the region, supporting key brand marketing strategies. Cross-Functional Relationships:Foster collaborative and effective relationships with Franchise partners and Partner Retail Managers.Oversee training and development initiatives to ensure the best brand representation in stores. Portfolio Management:Lead regional expansion or restructuring efforts in alignment with corporate strategy, managing changes adeptly.Assist with negotiations for new leases and renewals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.Analyse business opportunities to negotiate more favourable terms and conditions. Process Improvement:Manage the Partner business as a comprehensive vertical operation, encompassing forecasting, buying, store operations, allocation, sell-through, and stock management.Ensure chain-wide execution, consistency, and compliance with operating and service standards, policies, and procedures through the Store Operations team.Establish and implement best practices in merchandise management, store operations, and cross-functional and cross-channel collaboration.Lead process improvements and strategic priorities across the region.YOUR TALENT:Education:University degreeExperience:Min 5 years of account/retail management experience in GCC regionUnderstanding of systemsCapabilities:Arabic Speaking is a plusResults drivenStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent Presentation & influencing SkillsForecasting ability and the ability to analyze dataCustomer managementAbility to travel frequentlySpecialized skills:Good understanding of sport-style consumersFair understanding of the particularities and challenges of cross-border supply transactions including relevant financial tools (e.g., letters of credit)PUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120+ countries.
