OverviewAs a Director of Microsoft operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract with MS as a partner. This role involves leading a team and ensure the efficient negotiation, execution, and management of the contract in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives. The role requires to develop and implement strategies to optimize contract processes, mitigate risks, and enhance contract value and compliance.Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.Responsibilities Contract Strategy and Governance: Implement policies, procedures, and best practices to standardize processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Establish governance structures and oversight mechanisms to monitor contract performance, enforce contract terms, and resolve disputes or issues as they arise. Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and other stakeholders to align contract management practices with organizational goals and objectives. Risk Management & Compliance Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks and exposures through proactive risk analysis and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Develop and implement compliance monitoring mechanisms to track performance, identify deviations, and take corrective actions as needed. Performance Management & Reporting Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and updates on contract performance, compliance, and risk management to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
