Client Development Manager

Positionjoin our team at Christian Dior Couture as a Client Development Manager.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Boutique Director to set clienteling goals. You will also spend your time training and coaching the boutique team on clienteling tools and data quality processes.your role involves managing client activation campaigns, which includes list setting, logistics, and guidelines. Understanding your client base is crucial; therefore, your responsibilities will include getting to know our top clients.You'll also be expected to propose and implement innovative, out-of-the-box action plans to cater to different client segments. This is further supported by the running of weekly reports on our main clienteling KPIs. In addition to client development, your role will involve building relationships with clients through campaigns and personalized experiences, as well as fostering an open and communicative team environment.Your tasks also extend to maximizing recruitment opportunities from the shop floor while maintaining adequate floor coverage to provide the ultimate Dior experience. Upholding the company's dress code and conduct as a Dior Ambassador is another vital part of your role. On the data management front, you'll be expected to develop plans to leverage clienteling, ensure the capture and quality of data, and monitor all relevant KPIs.
