Training and Certification Management

Certification Development: Lead the creation and maintenance of certification exams and processes, ensuring they are rigorous, relevant, and up-to-date with industry standards.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for training materials and certification exams to ensure consistency and excellence.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and certification processes.
Program Management
Program Development: Develop and manage training and certification programs, ensuring they meet the strategic goals of Red Hat.

Experience
IT Training and Certification: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT training and certification, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
Program Management: Strong program management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex programs.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
